These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Musician Teacher website and your enrollment in any live online guitar classes, free trial classes, or other services offered by Musician Teacher (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a free trial, enrolling in a plan, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Who We Are
Musician Teacher offers live, one-on-one online guitar classes for kids and adults, taught by expert instructors. Musician Teacher currently operates in 4 countries: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Free Trial Classes
Free trial classes require no card details and carry no obligation to continue. Payment information is only collected if you choose to enroll in a paid plan after your trial.
Plans, Pricing, and Billing
Current pricing, plan options, and any available discounts are listed on our Pricing page. By enrolling in a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on the schedule described at checkout.
- Paying for three months upfront gets you 15% off either plan, twice a week or once a week.
- Plans are non-refundable once sessions begin, since your weekly time slot is held exclusively for you and is not reassigned to another student.
- You may reschedule a class if you let us know at least 12 hours in advance. Outside that window, the class is treated as attended and cannot be made up.
Scheduling and Instructors
Once you are matched with an instructor, you keep the same instructor every week; we do not rotate instructors between students. Classes are scheduled flexibly across the time zones of the countries we serve, including evenings and weekends.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website and our classes lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, classes, or other users’ accounts.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum, branding, and content on this website belong to Musician Teacher or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Musician Teacher provides music education services on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our classes or this website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or classes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
